About this Project

The objective of this mission was to establish a comprehensive baseline of the CHUD project’s chosen performance indicators. This includes data and information such as local economic development, quality of public spaces, urban mobility, trust in the social contract, and gender gap reduction.

Our team aimed to determine quantitatively and qualitatively the current situation of those performance indicators, as defined in the results framework, and capture qualitative and quantitative data beyond the framework of indicators to assess the impact of the project on its several axes of intervention.

More specifically, this study aims to:
1. Establish the baseline of the project by referring primarily to the data and information of the indicators of the result measurement framework, secondly to other data and information with links to the progress, impacts, and results of the project, such as data measuring local economic development and the quality of public spaces, urban mobility, trust in the social contract and narrowing the gender gap.
2. Develop a data collection methodology to facilitate regular feeding of the results measurement framework and the evaluation of the different areas of intervention of the project at the mid-term review and the closing review.
3. Present, for replicating purposes, the methodology for calculating the measurement of evaluation indicators and data;
4. Propose a dashboard (a system) for the monitoring and evaluation of indicators and evaluation data axes of intervention of the project.
