About this Project
The consultation aimed to facilitate the development/revision of Communal Development Plan (PCD) for the Corail municipality by analyzing community needs, identifying available municipal resources, crafting a developmental vision, prioritizing development goals, fostering inter-institutional dialogue, and establishing effective territorial management for sustainable growth.
This activity aims for the target municipality:
- Analysis of the state of play by identifying the needs of communities and the potential of municipal resources
- The formulation of a vision of development with the identification of the main axes of development
- The concerted and participatory identification of the development priorities of the municipalities concerned translated into the framework of communal development programs and sub-programs;
- Support for inter-institutional and intersectoral dialogue for the definition and monitoring of municipal development policy;
- The establishment of a dynamic and a territorial control
