About this Project
This consultation sought to empower the Les Irois municipality in crafting/refining a Comprehensive Communal Development Plan (PCD). Activities include evaluating the current community needs, leveraging municipal resources, shaping a forward-looking development vision, setting key developmental priorities in collaboration with the community, facilitating inter-institutional and intersectoral dialogues, and instituting robust territorial management practices for lasting progress.
This activity aims for the target municipalities:
1. Analysis of the state of play by identifying the needs of communities and the potential of municipal resources
2. The formulation of a vision of development with the identification of the main axes of development
3. The concerted and participatory identification of the development priorities of the municipalities concerned translated into the framework of communal development programs and sub-programs;
4. Support for inter-institutional and intersectoral dialogue for the definition and monitoring of municipal development policy;
5. The establishment of a dynamic and territorial control
