Description

JESCA Solutions supported the city of Jérémie in planning and designing the redevelopment of its main entrance, aiming to enhance urban mobility, aesthetics, and economic activity. The project included architectural and engineering plans, cost estimates, and tender documentation for infrastructure improvements. By integrating inclusive design and connectivity strategies, JESCA sought to improve access to services and market linkages for small farmers, traders, and transport operators.

The revitalized corridor was designed to facilitate safer movement of goods and people, enhance logistics efficiency, and create commercial spaces to support informal and small-scale enterprises. JESCA also identified opportunities to engage local small and medium-sized enterprises and promote public private partnerships in construction, logistics, and Agro processing, contributing to broader goals of trade facilitation, job creation, and improved living conditions for vulnerable communities.
