Description
JESCA Solutions supported the Cap-Haïtien Port Rehabilitation Project by leading stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and risk mitigation in a sensitive socio-political environment. The team facilitated coordination among the National Port Authority, local authorities, businesses, and communities to ensure project continuity and alignment between infrastructure designs and user needs. JESCA also contributed to environmental and social impact assessments and promoted sustainable infrastructure elements, including renewable energy and wastewater systems.
