A few Ongoing Activities
Subcontractor on the MCC Digital, Data, and Innovation Ecosystem Assessments
Subcontractor to SB Conseil on the “Data and digital consulting services” Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Our role under component 1 of this BPA includes the following:
- Assess the digital landscape, data ecosystem, and digital innovation landscape, and recommend enhancements.
- Assess the digital and data systems in specified sectors, digital innovation opportunities in the sector(s), prior and current sectoral investments, and opportunities for coordination.
- Develop ways to standardize and enhance MCC digital, data, and innovation ecosystem assessments, and provide technical assistance.
Subcontractor to Trigon Associates on the USAID Cap-Haïtien Port-Reconstruction
The Cap-Haïtien Port Rehabilitation is an ongoing project to rehabilitate the existing port in Cap-Haïtien (the second-largest port of Haiti). Estimated at $34.2 million, this project is funded by USAID/Haiti.
As of September 2022, design work had been completed but the major construction had not begun.
BPA Holder with International Business Initiatives under the USAID/Haiti ESS+
Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holder on the USAID-funded Haiti “Evaluation and Survey Services Plus” (ESS+) Contract managed by IBI. Under this BPA, our role includes the following:
- Supporting performance evaluations, assessments and studies, and baselines and end-line surveys.
- Provision of key team members on evaluation or study teams.
- Data collection for mid-term and final performance, impact, developmental, or other types of evaluations, and to support other research and analyses.
- Other MEL-related tasks.
