Description

Under this mission, JESCA Solutions contributes to the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s (MCC) Data, Digital Tools, and Innovation (DDI) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) mechanism. This initiative is designed to strengthen MCC’s data-driven decision-making capacity by improving data availability, quality, accessibility, and use in partner countries. Our work supports the integration of digital tools, innovative practices, and evidence-based approaches across the program lifecycle—from country selection and compact development to implementation and evaluation. JESCA’s technical support contributes directly to MCC’s goal of fostering sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction through high-quality, inclusive, and transparent investments.

Activities 

• Our team delivers the following services as part of this mission:
• Conduct strategic assessments of the data, digital, and innovation ecosystems in MCC partner countries, identifying gaps, opportunities, and stakeholder needs
• Provide technical advice and actionable recommendations to improve data availability, quality, interoperability, and usability across sectors
• Promote data literacy, responsible data governance, and the use of data for evidence-based planning and performance management
• Identify and recommend context-appropriate digital and technological solutions to improve transparency, accountability, and development impact
• Support the integration of digital tools and data strategies into MCC program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
• Contribute to the achievement of MCC’s program objectives by advancing inclusive, effective, and sustainable data and digital practice
