Description
JESCA Solutions provided tailored management consulting to Good Taste, a Haitian immigrant-owned business, to support its expansion from a local restaurant chain to a regional retail and direct-to-consumer brand. Our team delivered a comprehensive commercialization and growth strategy focused on strengthening brand identity, diversifying revenue streams, enhancing digital presence, and positioning Good Taste in multicultural and ethnic food retail markets across North America.
With deep knowledge of immigrant entrepreneurship, underserved market dynamics, and inclusive business models, JESCA guided Good Taste through the complex processes of product validation, packaging, retail compliance, and e-commerce development. Our approach balanced business viability with cultural authenticity, ensuring the brand remained rooted in the Haitian diaspora experience while expanding to a broader multicultural consumer base.
This initiative reflects JESCA’s commitment to building sustainable business models for small enterprises serving people at the base of the pyramid. Our services supported operational resilience, regulatory readiness, access to new distribution channels, and customer engagement strategies that center equity and heritage.
