Vivian Agbegha
Economist and Impact Measurement and Management Strategist
Vivian Agbegha is an economist and impact measurement and management strategist who is passionate about driving positive social impact and poverty reduction in emerging markets. In her 19 years of global experience, Vivian has contributed to projects across the World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation, USAID, and African Development Bank. Vivian has designed and led research and evaluation projects with multidisciplinary international teams. She has also co-designed and co-managed complex economic development projects with budgets of $20 million-$330 million in Latin America and the Caribbean, sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia. Her work has covered sustainable agriculture and agricultural value chain strengthening, off-grid renewable and on-grid energy, entrepreneurship development, sustainable land management, private sector development, public financial management, tourism and trade.
Vivian is a co-chair of the American Evaluation Association’s Social Finance Topical Interest Group, which provides learning and networking opportunities for 350+ impact investing and impact measurement and management professionals.
