Description JESCA Solutions supported the development of a modern commercial market facility in Mallam through a public private partnership model. The assignment involved a full socio-economic and environmental feasibility study, detailed market research, and preparation of a bankable business plan. JESCA assessed demand, user preferences, affordability, and investment attractiveness, while identifying opportunities to strengthen local trade, improve working conditions for informal vendors, and enhance urban infrastructure. Our approach aimed to ensure that the project would catalyze private investment while delivering inclusive economic benefits. This included designing a PPP structure that balanced commercial viability with affordability for traders, and preparing procurement documents aligned with best practices in PPP implementation and public infrastructure contracting.
