Description This contract concerns the development of a National Housing Recovery and Resilience Framework for Haiti, mandated by the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities (UCP/MICT) with the support of the World Bank. The objective is to provide the country with a strategic and operational framework to guide post-disaster reconstruction interventions and to strengthen the resilience of the housing sector in the medium and long term. The project aims to integrate the dimensions of risk reduction, sustainability, social equity, and governance into housing policies, in line with existing frameworks such as the National Housing and Habitat Policy (NMCP), the disaster risk management policy, and the country’s climate commitments.
